Sami Irani

Program Manager

Sami Irani is a Program Manager at Beezwax, where he works with clients to keep complex projects on track and running well. He brings an powerful combination to that work: the methodical thinking of an engineer and the client-first instincts of a seasoned program manager. His career in technology spans more than a decade, during which he progressed from analyst to manager, supporting some of the largest tech companies in the world, including Google, Meta, and Accenture. Along the way, he’s become a resource colleagues and leadership rely on to untangle complex operations, build reliable systems from scratch, and get things done on time. He’s comfortable briefing executives and equally comfortable rolling up his sleeves to diagnose how to unlock project success.

Sami has a talent for making messy programs run smoothly. Over the years he’s applied Lean Six Sigma principles to lift operational maturity, built AI-assisted tools that compressed weeks-long processes down to a single day, and led initiatives that gave leadership clear visibility into program health for the first time.

Sami earned a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from San Jose State University, and that foundation shows up in how he approaches problems: systematically, with an eye toward structure and long-term stability. He’s fluent in both English and Arabic, which has served him across international programs and diverse teams throughout his career.

Outside of work, Sami has a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has partnered with family members as they built their own ventures, bringing his project instincts to use in a much more personal context. He is also drawn to the simple things in life that reveal something deeper behind the surface. Ask him about an influential figure, and there’s a good chance he has spent time analyzing what made them memorable, what made them different, and why their impact lasted.
